Reign is a menopause and perimenopause tracker. The short version: your data stays on your phone, and we never see it.

What we collect

Nothing. Reign has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party tools collecting on the side. We don't know who you are, and we can't see anything you log.

Where your data lives

Everything you record, your symptoms, periods, notes, HRT and medication details, is stored locally on your phone and nowhere else. It is never sent to a server, because there isn't one. If you delete the app, or use "Delete everything" inside it, that data is gone. We can't recover it for you, because we never had it.

What ever leaves your phone

Only two things, and both are choices you make:

1. Exports and GP summaries. If you tap export or share, the app makes a file and hands it to your phone's share sheet. Where it goes from there is up to you.
2. Feedback messages. If you type a message in "Tell us what you need" and tap send, that message is sent to us so a real person can read it. It contains only what you typed, nothing from your logs and nothing that identifies you. If you never use the feedback box, nothing is ever sent.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, share data or hand data over, because we don't hold any. There's nothing to sell. We also don't predict anything about your health. Reign records what you log, and that's all.

Changes

If any of this ever changes, we'll update this page and say so plainly in the app before anything new happens to your data.

Use the feedback box in the app's More screen, and a real person will read it. That's the fastest way to reach us about anything, a bug, a question, or something you'd like the app to do.
