Vitamin D Compounds

Vitamin D is naturally produced in our skin in response to sunlight.

The sun is the best source of vitamin D, but with most of us working indoors, or are not exposed to the sun on a daily basis a lot of us are deficient.

You must supplement vitamin D with vitamin K2 because while vitamin D drives calcium into tissues, vitamin K2 keeps it there (avoiding arterial calcification). This optimises the delivery of vitamin D in your body.
